The Fresh Oil Conference, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the development and well-being of multigenerational women. It was born out of a vision to empower underserved communities to achieve physical, emotional, mental, professional, and spiritual growth and wellness.

Since 2016, this conference has transformed from a purely spiritual movement into a “whole woman" movement focused on professional development, mental health, well-being, and building community connections.
