  • Single Night registrations are valid only for the selected event date and cannot be transferred or exchanged for another night. We’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers after purchase.

  • When will Fresh Oil Conference 2026 take place?
    Fresh Oil Conference 2026: Revival Nights will take place Wednesday, October 14 through Friday, October 16, 2026.

  • How will I be notified when speakers and sessions are announced?
    All speaker announcements, schedule updates, and conference details will be shared on our website and across Fresh Oil social media channels.

  • What ticket options are available for Fresh Oil Conference 2026?
    We offer two registration options for Fresh Oil Conference 2026:

    • The Three-Night VIP Experience — includes access to all three nights, early entry, exclusive speaker access, curated networking, and a premium tote with gifts from our partners and sponsors.

    • Single Night Experience — admission to one Fresh Oil Conference evening of your choice.

  • Is seating assigned?
    Guests with The Three-Night VIP Experience will have access to priority reserved seating if they arrive before the designated seating cutoff time. After that time, all seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on venue capacity.

  • Will there be a virtual experience?
    At this time, there are no plans to offer a virtual experience for Fresh Oil Conference 2026.

  • Can children attend? Will childcare be available?
    While we encourage guests to attend Fresh Oil Conference 2026 kid-free when possible, we understand childcare needs vary. Registration is not required for children under 30 inches tall; however, children must remain seated on an adult’s lap throughout the event and may not obstruct the view of other guests. Children over 30 inches tall must have their own conference registration. Childcare will not be provided. All children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Does Fresh Oil Conference 2026 offer payment plans?
    Payment plans are not available at this time.

  • If my plans change, can I receive a refund?
    All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Single Night tickets are valid only for the date selected at checkout and cannot be transferred to another conference night. Tickets may not be exchanged, credited, or transferred after purchase.
