Based in Brooklyn, New York, Fresh Oil® brings together women from diverse backgrounds for a weekend of inspiration, fellowship, and growth, rooted in Christian values, with worship, keynote speeches, workshops, and panel discussions. Throughout the year, smaller events, gatherings, and community groups create space for women to share their stories, pray together, and support one another.

Fresh Oil® has also hosted conferences and women's workshops in Belize, reaching a global audience and connecting with women worldwide to build a global sisterhood network. Fresh Oil® is committed to making its conference accessible to all women regardless of financial circumstance, and has distributed scholarships to students, single mothers, and entrepreneurs, and provided support for outstanding bills such as medical and housing costs.

Sharese Williams is passionate about seeing women encounter life transformations through worship summits, gatherings, and annual conferences that help them to live and lead spiritually redefined lives. She founded the Fresh Oil movement in 2015, which includes the annual Fresh Oil Conference, quarterly Girls Night In events, and the weekly Tap In, Sis experience.

Over the last eleven years, Sharese and her team have seen thousands of women and their families experience greater physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and freedom due to these gatherings. As the senior pastor of Purpose Life Church, alongside her husband, Heston, Sharese's work is not limited to the four walls of their church.

She founded Life Bridge NY to provide support and services to the city’s most vulnerable population. Whether through Fresh Oil ® gatherings or Life Bridge NY, Sharese’s work isn’t just a mission but a purposeful movement changing lives. With her compassion, sincerity, confidence, insight, and messages of fearlessness and empowerment, Sharese is a voice for today’s generation. She is undoubtedly called to lead a generation of women for such a time as this.
